Yep, Proton VPN is per device (10 devices for Unlimited, but in some cases your router can be a device). So everything connects through the VPN. On some platforms you can configure split tunnelling to exclude apps from using the VPN.
Take your time to explore the possibilities for the platforms you will be using.

Scribe isn’t a service / product, it’s an addon to an existing service.
Wallet is still beta / early access. I am sure down the line it will be included in Unlimited too. There are so many invites around that it isn’t really hard to get in either.
