Hi! i’m in the US and found that a show i wanted to watch is only available on paramount in canada/UK but after downloading expressVPN and using canadian and UK servers the paramount+ app completely craps itself and straight up doesn’t work, anyone know what i can do to fix this?
You need to make a new account, while connected to the VPN. The reason:
P+ has two systems. One for the US, and one for the rest of the world. This means travel is impossible outside the US. However, if you have an account in Canada, or anywhere else other than the US, it can be used anywhere but the US, and vice versa.
I don’t think you can use different region accounts (for example US) across Paramount+ (UK, CA, etc) - I’ve seen the same previously, not with Express.
Each Paramount+ has their own specific regions. Your US account will not work in the UK or Canada even if you physically go there, never mind VPN. You need a Canadian Paramount+ account to access Canadian content in Canada and similarly UK Paramount+ account to access UK content whilst in UK. Neither can access Paramount+ US with VPN or if they travel to US.

Correction: if you have a P+ account outside the US, you can access it everywhere except the US.
No. For example, The Other Kingdom can only be found on P+ in the US, among other shows. Plus, if you’re someone like me who watches with AD, the US version appears to have more titles that support it compared to the international service.
Oh, really… this i gotta try. That would explain why the US P+ account costs less than UK and Canada.
