Hey, does anyone know whether the verification code needed for the email to access and sign up for Hulu is affected by a VPN? I’m using a VPN and I am entering the 6 digit verification code to try to get into Hulu but it’s not working. I’m definitely entering the right numbers. Is there a way to fix this? Does anyone know why it’s happening?

I’m 17 as well. Could that be the reason? Because I do believe I put my birthday on this email.

I’m not sure if this is the right subreddit. If it isn’t I apologise and I will ask elsewhere. I think this is the right subreddit because I’m trying to get it with live TV.

Hulu does not play well with VPNs and they’re very good at detecting them. And you’re violating TOS by attempting to use one.

Hulu Live will reject a VPN if they detect it. I think it has to do with licensing agreements with local network affiliates and regional sports networks.

did you manage to figure out why? i have the same problem and im not using a VPN

i have this issue too and i’m not using a VPN, i’m so confused
edit: found out hulu isn’t available in my country
