  • Started Origin and were disappointed
  • Restarted PC
  • Connected Tunnel Bear to Hong Kong
  • Started Origin again
  • Was occupied by my son for 15 minutes
  • Game worked :slight_smile:

German release date 23rd… I am playing now.

Can confirm it works from western Canada as well. Connected my VPN (I use PiA) to South Korea, launched Origin then the game updated and launched without a hitch, that was at 8am MST.

Anyone know how to get it working for Xbox one?

I set up tunnel bear (also tried softether, cyberghost, and soft flux), connected to Hong Kong, found the vpn network in Network and Sharing, set it to share the connection with other devices, and used an Ethernet cable to connect my Xbox to my laptop with the vpn. While the connection shows up, game still says I’m too early.

Looks like they’ve started blocking it - I connected to a HK VPN and it says unlocked and I can click play in Origin, but then this comes up: http://imgur.com/uYMBpBX

Just got it to work! I tunnelled into Hong Kong, had to restart a couple of times and open/close Origin a few times, but it eventually worked. Thanks!

Connected to hong kong this morning using tunnel bear, origin said released, but the play button was greyed out.

Now I’ve reconnected tonight to try again, and it’s redownloading all my delux edition/preorder DLC.

Why do I have a terrible feeling my game is going to break? :confused:

EDIT: downloaded all but the soundtrack, still grayed out play button.
