Any VPNs that currently work in Russia? My ship is currently here and most VPNs don’t work. 3 months ago Nomad VPN is still working but now no more. I’m willing to pay for membership as long as it’s going to work. Thanks guys!

You need proxy. For example, vless.
Try ProtonVPN or NordVPN; they have been known to work in Russia recently. Make sure to use their obfuscated servers for better access.
I use proton vpn and windscribe work perfectly on android, just have to enable the get around restricted areas mode
I heard that r/Windscribe works in Russia, you can test it for free with no payment asked, the free version only limits bandwidth.
Proton and windscribe (recommended above) do NOT work reliably in Russia. As of right now protonvpn with stealth protocol works, but previously it was blocked for continues amount of time. And windscribe even had a unique way of blocking on some providers: after any connection to windscribe servers the internet disconnects entirely for 5-10 minutes.
The fact that right now they work on some (or most) ISPs does not matter as RKN constantly switches their blocks on and off at random intervals and they might be disabled even tomorrow.
The reliable method as suggested above is to use V2ray/Xray based proxy protocols: VLESS and Trojan.
Proton VPN works, but not every time. Ideally, you want something like VLESS
Try shadowsocks proxies.
Maybe Torguard? It’s not my favorite, but I’ve heard they have a lot of proxies as well as their VPN servers

I currently use anyconnect provides by PremierVPN, its the only think that worked so far.

Windscribe works more reliably then before, but it is not one click and you are good to go — sometimes you need to try different protocols which is fine. Before I needed to try not only then, but ports also which was annoying AF.
Still there is a Discord server and the devs are quite helpful.
I highly recommend Windscribe, it is an amazing VPN.
However for the more reliable approach, I would suggest trying out IVPN. I did use it when they offered free access to users in Russia, Ukraine, and Belarus — it worked almost perfectly. Dunno about now.
