Just wondering if anyone else’s vpn connection check on Mullvads site isn’t working. Mine is stuck on "Checking connection… " I’ve tried multiple browsers and devices with same results. With vpn on and off.

I’ve also been having issues in the past few hours where many of the servers drop my VPN connection after about 30-60 seconds.
Yes, Mullvad’s “Connection check” is failing for me too, on two different computers.
The page reports “AxisError: Network Error”
Yeah it’s down. Both the FF extension and Connection check | Mullvad VPN are not operational but checking on a 3rd party shows I am displaying a Mullvad generated IP.
Yes, same for me. I’ve also been having connection issues for the last few hours on three devices. I notice that while I can now connect, I don’t see the outward IP in the app (spot is blank), but I still show a Mullvad IP when I check manually.
It’s working for me.
I’ve been having this issue for the last few weeks. ‘No DNS Leaks’ and ‘No WebRTC Leaks’ go green after a second, but the ‘Using Mullvad VPN’ takes 30-60 seconds to go green. It used to take a second or two. Is it down again?
Not working for me either
I commented on this on another thread my curl query is not returning anything, So I went to Am I Mullvad and the page, again didn’t return anything but when checking my location in google I am right where I should be, correct country and city
Mullvad’s Connection check is back to working as expected for me this morning.
There is something wrong with all servers providng SOCK5 through all Wireguard servers in Toronto. Montreal ones are working fine, or at least the connection check is successful, and the DNS Leak check completes.
On Toronto servers, all the DNS leak checks fail.
Similar issues here.
While my connection isn’t completely dropped (the app still indicates I’m connected) I suddenly lose the ability to resolve web pages after a while and have do manually disconnect and reconnect to another server in the same country, and once to a different country. It’s been sporadic over the last 10 - 12 hours, by my guesstimate.
And yes, connection check is down for me as well. Not a huge deal considering the availability of other sites that can do the checking.

I am experiencing the same issue, with the same error.
Additionally, am.i.mullvad.net/json returns a 502 (bad gateway)
What Firefox extension?
Same issues here. Fairly new to VPN use so I’m not sure if this is a thing that should be expected from time to time…

It does happen from time to time – like once every few days for me – but not at the frequency I was experiencing earlier.
Seems to be resolved now, although the connection checker page is a bit slow compared to before, and the first box only seems to display the IPv4 address now.
