Fellow Pakistani! I play from Dubai, patch was super nice for us but im used to high ping.
While in a game, press Ctrl+Shift+N to bring up the network performance overlay. The first thing listed in square brackets in the top left corner is the server name. You can see this in the OP’s screenshots as well. Looks like Bahrain’s server name is mes1 (although the image is a bit blurry so I’m not entirely sure).
It does not always place you on the middle eastern server. It chooses the EU server sometime. If you want to check directly create a custom game, go to the lobby and click data center far bottom. Choose bahrain. and get into a custom game of your own.
If the ping is the same for you it might be an STC issue assuming that’s the isp you use.
