Kaspersky URL advisor greyed out after using Kaspersky VPN

I am a Non-US resident using Kaspersky Premium along with their VPN. For the past few days I am seeing that whenever I am turning off the VPN the URL Advisor icon beside links in Google search is greyed out. After a browser restart the URL advisor works again.
Since Kaspersky Forums is down with Error 503 I thought this would be the next best place to ask about it.

I am able to access their forums now so I have made a post there. There seems to be some server issues on their side especially after the latest US sanction and exit. Will update with results.

Microsoft Azure was having an outage earlier. Could be related to that.
