Is it possible to get IP ban? Because game just doesn't connect to Store for 5 days now and i don't know what to do?

As soon as i turn on VPN, store does work but on my main Wifi it’s not. Any help?

Wouldn’t you contact WG about this?

you’re at home, using home wifi? an IP ban would block everything inside your home network.

on the other hand, someone controlling your own network could block WG. are you on a work or school network?

do you get the same result using your phone, tablet, and laptop?

Should use a good VPN what are you using?

Finally I found someone with the exact same problem as me.
Since last week I can’t use the in-game store with my Wi-Fi connection (LAN included), however it does work with mobile network (4G and 4G+) and Avira Phantom VPN, though that one has a monthly 1 Gigabyte limit without paying money. The same applies to any website that is owned by Wargaming. All the devices I have (2 phones, one notebook and one PC) are affected. My network provider doesn’t block anything Wargaming related either. Also, when I log out of WoTB and try and use another or my account again, I get greeted by some weird captcha that seems to be dead, meaning it doesn’t work at all.

Playing matches works perfectly fine though.

I managed to contact support, however the provided methods do nothing. I reset my Wi-Fi connection by temporarily unplugging it, but also to no avail.

Side note: Technically Wargaming services still work for me, they just load for half an eternity most the time. The shop too worked once without VPN.

I have not any solution up until now and can’t possibly explain what’s going on. I at first faulted the Update itself, but that doesn’t explain the website issue. I would wait till next update and see if it might get fixed.

After I discussed with WOTB, they just said it’s all my ISP provider problem.

Same problem here. Even used a other internet provider but still the same. I send ticket to WG and they say its my ISP problem. Kinda getting tired of this tbh. I might quit wotb if they didnt fix this

Yes i am at Home, Phone on Wifi and PC on Ethernet both doesn’t connect to any WG website and Blitz Store doesn’t connect. And no one is blocking WG domains.

BitDefender VPN but as soon as i turn it off nothing works in WoTB

Yeah it is extremely weird because i contacted WG through VPN because I can’t access any WG website without VPN and they told me to contact my ISP, since i am not the owner of my ISP i cannot contact them and ask. I was at the friends house and everything worked on his PC, and on my PC at Home it’s just error error error. Hopefully WG will fix this soon :folded_hands:

Are you getting in through the use of another device or using a VPN?

can your ISP be blocking a domain? could any unwanted traffic be coming from your end? can you reboot your cable modem/internet gateway? i think you can check your IP (from the outside view) and see if you get an new IP after reboot (googling left to you).

does it matter what WG account you use? same result with a throwaway/reroll?

I’m assuming you have tried your phone on 4g or 5g??
That would remove your home WiFi totally from the equation.

And would remove an IP ban, plus an IP ban is really hard to enforce.

Yeah, I too am not the owner of my network at home and can’t really contact them either. And my friends don’t have this issue either.

So yep, let’s wait and see and hope it gets fixed asap.

Side note: After starting the game without VPN today, the shop loaded in perfectly fine for some reason, however the websites are still not responding.

I am pretty sure it’s WG problem and I can connect WOT but WOTB.
