An IP address in Spain, I guess, seems like OP wants to appear to be from Spain.
@OP: There are plenty VPN options out there, just Google yourself…

Also, dedicated is pptp so make sure all content is encrypted in the tunnel between client and server. Linux PPP with IP tables passthrough to pfsense gateway is how i do it for complicated setups, or PPP with UFW for basic one host function
Don’t think a VPN would help in any way, as it only solves outbound. He wants inbound traffic with a Spanish IP.
