Hypothetically could someone use a vpn to gamble online in a state like Oklahoma or California where not allowed if they wanted?

Seems like a easy fix so I assume this wouldn’t work for someone but I’m not sure it could be that simple. I also know a lot of apps have you share location when logging on would that expose the real location or would the vpn override it ?

Most legal sportsbook apps yse geolocation they will know if you are using a VPN or something to change your location. Your better off using offshore accounts

They use GPS location not your IP address so this wouldn’t work. It could also very well be illegal to do depending on your jurisdiction.

Most likely they’ll ban your account and should you find yourself in a legal state and want to gamble you’re out of luck

If it was legal I’m sure it would be nothing for someone to bypass for access :joy:

As I felt. I heard stories about people doing this with it working well for them and always thought it didn’t make sense but still thought it would be a random thing for hella ppl to cap about
