How to Play WoR with a VPN (A Step-by-Step Simple Guide)

Hey guys, just found out that we can still play the game by using a VPN. Here’s a super simple step-by-step guide to help you out. Hope this works for you!

Step 1: Get a VPN
First things first, you need to get yourself a VPN. I recommend something reliable like Orbit or others — all of them work pretty well for gaming. Some VPNs even have specific gaming servers, so you get less lag. Just pick the one you trust and install it.

Step 2: Connect to a Server
Once you’ve got your VPN set up, open it up and connect to a server in the region where Watcher of Realms is available. I’d suggest going with a server in Canada since they tend to be more stable right now. It’s as easy as picking a country and hitting “Connect.”

Step 3: Install the Game
After connecting to the VPN, head to the game’s download page or app store. If you’re on Android, you might need to change your Play Store region to match the VPN server you’re connected to (Google has a whole process for that). On iOS, you might have to create a new Apple ID linked to the region you’re connecting to. Once the region switch is done, I believe you can download WOR successfully.

Step 4: Enjoy the Game
You’re all set! Just keep your VPN connected while playing, or you might run into issues. The whole process might be a little inconvenient, but at least it allows us to keep playing the game.

So if I vpn to Canada, do I have to redownload the iOS app to do it?

No. You can just use a VPN connected to a different country to play as long as you didn’t delete the game from your phone.

That being said, if you want to update the game, you will need to have access to Canada iOS store to update the game or re-download the game. In order to do this, you need to turn on your vpn and create a new iOS appleid or gmail account. Then with the VPN connected, you should be able to update/download the game from the selected country’s apple store or play store.
