How to download Outline Manager but website is blocked?

This may be a silly question. I am experiencing a catch-22, where I can’t open getoutline.org without a vpn. What is an alternative way to download Outline Manager?

Try the official GitHub repo: https://github.com/Jigsaw-Code/outline-releases/tree/master/client

There is also one on SourceForge ( but probably also blocked ).

Or find someone with an already running VPN and source the binary from them.

Thanks! Had to fiddle around with dependencies a little but got it working with the repo
