For about a week I was able to access normal LinkedIn (with VPN ofc) but now even with VPN on it just automatically redirects me to the Chinese version. Anyone know a solution? Already tried deleting cookies/trying different locations etc.

Does the website redirect you to the .cn link too, or just the app? It’s working fine for me even in hong kong servers. Might be your proxy leaking your IP.
Shadowrocket / Shadowsocks is not a VPN. But I use also some Shadowsocks server and Im able to access LinkedIn.

You need to change your settings on LinkedIn to not state that you work or live in China too. I selected Hong Kong for mine.
I have no solution on mobile, but on desktop, you can use Opera browser’s built in VPN paired with Clash to access LinkedIn.
If it’s a phone, they check the SIM card. You can remove that.

Maybe try to turn on Global mode and TUN, maybe that’ll help
