Play on a simulator. If the simulator says it. Play on another simulator. If it happens again. Play on your phone. I shuffle between Phone, Nox and Memu just to finish those five ads…
If it still doesn’t fix it. Go to a corner, cry and wait for a few hours and try again. 
close the game. go to google play store. download VPN. There’s many vpn apps. I’m using the VPN Master. Connect the VPN and relaunch the game.
You could try resetting your advertisement ID - Google settings > Ads.
Another option would be to turn off any addblock programs.
Usually I’d just switch between using data mobile and wifi. Sometimes it needs an app or phone restart, and everything is gucci.
Have experienced this before but I still end up getting the ads… now nothing shows up even if I use a VPN… guess there is no ads atm.
I only restarted the app and it begun to work no VPN needed

Use a vpn. Im using Hola and works!
