I have a windows 10 pc. I want my internet traffic go from my w10 pc, because I want to bypass government blocks. there is simple dns crypt and goodbyedpi. I can unblock websites on my w10pc but not on my android phone.

If you set up Windows internet connection sharing and connect from your android phone to your w10 pc wifi, all your android traffic will go through the w10 PC.
Depending on how you are getting around the blocks you are describing, that may be enough to work for you without getting too involved.

I can connect to my pc via vpn. I can see that I connected but I cant connect to internet. Do you have any suggestions? (yes, I enabled network sharing)

I don’t have a wifi card connected to my pc. Also I need better wifi coverage which my modem and mesh provide, not a wifi card.
