So basically, my friend has high ping and low ms in game. When using a vpn that connects to where he lives, he gets 1 ping (like me and we live in the same country, quite near to each other and I get 1-15 ping every game, but he gets about 170-190 ms without a vpn that connects to the country he lives in. Any solutions?
Not so much a solution as a possible explanation. You may or may not have read already.
I just found that link through google. Sounds like an issue with the ISP and how they are routing the connection. Does your friends internet do this for any other games?
