Does it work well, and are there a lot of movies titles dubbed in Ukrainian? I especially want children’s content.
I don’t use Netflix but these two have tonnes of films and series in Ukrainian with good modern dubs.

There is much more content in Ukrainian than before but still not as much as for other languages. Not sure which VPN service will work well with Netflix though. You can use the following link to check if you can see any content in Ukrainian Netflix - Watch TV Shows Online, Watch Movies Online
When I use English in Netflix I have more content to watch, when I choose Ukrainian language it is a bit less. So, my advice is to try changing the language to Ukrainian I thinks the UI won’t be difficult to understand as it has the same location of all buttons and functions which you have used previously with English interface.
Try Ukrainian, moreover I think there always should be an option to choose Ukrainian subtitles or dub for almost all content, at least subtitles.
There is a service called megogo that has many movies in ukrainian.
You will need a Ukrainian vpn, and maybe it will ask for Ukrainian credit card to give you access to all of them.
Can’t comment on Netflix, but this site works on a Ukraine VPN and it has Ukrainian dubs of the simpsons, Futurama, South Park, family guy, and a bunch more. I really like it.
For movies, also try takflix.com. With a membership no VPN needed.

Because in France, there are no problems with Ukrainian movies even without vpn.

в цій країні”. Is this where the VPN comes in? Is Ukraine the only country you would choose or do others work as well? I’m in the USA.

I tried the website with and without the VPN and I could access the movies only after changing my location to UA.
That’s weird, it works for me in UK without VPN. Maybe you need one after all. Does the other site work?
