we have the same settings, we can ping each other on hamachi, his destination address was set to the hamachi ip, mine was localhost. i could load in, he couldnt, so we switched and he hosted and i put in the ip. he could load in, i couldnt. the error was “either the ip is incorrect or the firewall on either system is blocking udp packets on the port you’ve chosen hamachi” we turned off the hamachi firewall and windows firewall. no change.
Sometimes people can’t get Hamachi to work with TES3MP, but they report success with similar applications like RadminVPN, ZeroTier or Tailscale. Maybe try one of those.

Hard to say. Is Hamachi’s adapter showing up correctly for you under your Network Connections?
Yeah it is hamachi works for anything else just not this so i feel like it could be a software issue but I’m not well versed enough to diagnose it myself
