I bought the promotional sale for cyberghost during the holidays. I forgot my password and did the whole send reset password link to my email. I emailed cyber ghost to email them what’s going on. And they told me the email is being sent to a whole other email that I have never even heard of. the name of the email baffled me. Mind you I never had this problem before I bought the promotional sale. Has anyone ever went through this? why doesn’t cyber ghost have a US number? I get they are headquartered in Germany but email. is not as effective and take so long.

Same here. ‘Too many redirects’. I’ve been back and forth with their support. They are trying to be helpful and respond quickly, buts it’s going nowhere. They want me to reset my DNS, etc.
What’s really strange is the fact that my credentials work fine for the app itself/computer/TV/etc. Those same credentials don’t work for the website to access my account information.
Same story for me. They’ve lost a customer.
they dont even respond to my password reset if they dont soon i will go elsewhere generally their support has been fine but im of the opinion their automated responses are way too slow
Same issue here for months, I don’t even want to use their services anymore but I cant even get the support to cancel my account. WTF
So we just signed up for a promo price. and are having troubles even setting up our account, same issues as the original post. and this handful of comments is scaring me. has anyone been able to successfully contact them? their website does show a “45 day money back guarantee” but now I’m wondering if I can request a refund I can’t even log in to ACCESS MY ACCOUNT…
