Is there any way to do same thing with google?
I know that tunneling from google cloud does not work (At least it doesn’t for me).

Just remember that if you’ve Jio Fiber, changing DNS in router settings will make your landline useless, you won’t be able to receive or make calls through it.

Same here. Google Cloud should have worked actually, not sure why it didn’t. I’ll try giving it a go from my connection.

Too keep it as simple as possible, instead of directly connecting your computer to the internet, you create a secure tunnel between your computer and a Server, which is then connected to the Internet. A VPN uses the concept of tunneling. A VPN Service can be installed on the Server.

Now, whether your ping will improve or not, depends. If you’re already on a good ISP that routes well, then there will be no improvement. You are already getting the best you can.

In my case, pings to UAE from Mumbai, for instance, are as bad as 300, when the normal should be ~30, due to routing issues by my ISP. There’s no way to fix it apart from switching to another ISP. To get around it, I purchase a server from Amazon (in Mumbai), install a VPN on it, and tunnel my connection though it, to get better pings. This is possible since, it’s Amazon, and they have a well planned network.

There are services that do all this for you, namely WTFast and KillPing.

Yes, I’m aware that there are many in Europe, but I’m not sure why it connects to New York at your location. As of now, no way to select the server but they are releasing an official app for PC soon though, that will allow you to select location. https://1.1.1.1/

is there any way to figure this out? When I’m playing games i get 180ms when connecting to EU servers from Kerala. I am not sure if there is any room for improvement.

I don’t think there’s any room for improvement (at least through this warp method). 180 seems to already be good enough, from Kerala.
