Hi, could you try reinstalling our app first? It seems that you are using an old version, 5.9.0 and 5.10.0 is available to download. Once you do that, please check if you still get this setup pop-up.

Try restarting the onboarding by clicking Welcome guide in the Get help menu, you don’t have to complete it. These steps solved this issue for me

Started happening in the last update and every time I open the VPN it gives me a setup I DO NOT NEED nor care about.

I tried to uninstall it twice, once normally, second time I used Revo Uninstaller and deleted all registry keys and any other trace of Surfshark.

Also, i’m using 5.10.0 after reinstall

Problem is still here, I’ve already tested on 5.10.0 just didn’t upload an updated screenshot (which I can provide, even a screen recording if needed.)

I’m chatting with an agent right now hoping to come to a solution. From his words, I need to install antivirus and scan the pc “once” so it goes away. I don’t want to do that. I have windows defender and know what I’m doing with my pc, only need the vpn and quick access feature.
