Express still not working with streaming apps

It has been a month since I have not been able to watch Max (formerly HBO Max), Prime, or Peacock. I have already emailed support. Is anyone else still having issues? This is getting ridiculous and I’m about to cancel my subscription with express.

What device are you using? Everything is working fine on my end. Both the DNS service (Media Stream) and the app.

I contacted customer service yesterday and they said that they are aware and their engineers are working to solve the issue.

We use a MediaStreamer setup for our Apple TV to get US content in Ireland. Netflix, Prime, and Disney Plus still work, but the new Max and Peacock do not. We canceled our Max subscription and never were able to try out Peacock.

I’m using on a PS5 console. Before these issues it worked fine before.

  1. Try reseting your modem and router. If that does not solve it. Go to step 2

  2. Go to the express vpn site and re enter your ip adress.

  3. Restart your PS5.

Those are the only steps we as consumers can make. If that does not solve it. You will have to communicate with Express vpn.
