Hi all,
my friend and me have the same issue. The EU servers are unplayable.
The game sometimes hangs so much that everything runs on the place for 30sec and not even the logout button works.
While loading into citys I got 6 disconnects today and if I get to the city stuff like the chest has not spawned for a solid minute.
It could be our internet provider but ping seems to be fine.
Has anyone else server issues like this.
Playing from EU, Germany here.
I noticed that it got worse in the last 15-20 min. Maybe they tinker with something Server side or the hamster finally gave up and fell of the wheel attached to run the servers.
Jokes aside guess it is rush hour and the servers are collapsing again.
I have the same issue! This is totally not the fault of GPU or CPU. The sutterring happens ,when there is other player near you. I avoid to go pvp area,because it’s too laggy! Can’t understand, after close and open beta, blizzard can’t update their server for better performance or a solution for that problem
Same also germany here.
And I can tell you tried a lot to determine if this are the servers or my end what causes this.
I tried:
-reaching out to the provider who firmly investigated
-used DDU to reinstall drivers
-changed the router
-used a VPN ( helped yesterday to set it to Luxembourg )
-fresh windows instal
-eliminated tasks
And many more
But I can tell my game runs otherwise fine now, no freezes or crashes, no VRAM leak or some stuff others say they are facing while playing.
Only these horrendous server rubberbandings and input delays with teleports and what not.
Only for the record my specs are
I5 13600kf / rtx 4070 ti / 32 gb ram DDR 4 3200 / m.2 SSD / stable connection via cable with 300 download and 50 upload
1400p - DLAA - ultra settings /
Gsync - Vsync enabled via Nvidia control panel and FPS cap at 150
That’s what I settled on after trying every graphic setting and none changed the rubberbanding
My system is not even struggling with the game.
Edit : the betas where fine on my end
Can only say the same 144fps no downs and a stable 1000down 100up connection.
Beta and the week before the poor joined where fine for me 
So it seems to be the hamster driven servers ….
Btw changed my location via VPN to Luxembourg and it is smoother
