Use tuxler vpn and razer gold. If you had or have a bank in turkey you could use that aswell. But i recommend just get TL razer gold giftcards
Best thing is to use razer gold and a good VPN. If the VPN doesn’t work a residential proxy works way better

Not really , the only people doing that are the locals or those that have access to a bank in that region . You simple make a Razor Gold account and set the region to turkey and buy a voucher to top it off
