Email my Dad purchased NordVPN on he no longer has access to AND the password is forgotten. What do I do?

My dad purchased NordVPN about a year ago and the he used his work email to sign up for it but moved jobs and no longer has access to that email. This issue came up when I decided to ask to use his account on my device and he couldn’t remember the password. Not only that but the only place it’s signed in on is our smart TV. Are we screwed?

You need to contact support. They will verify payment information and help you to change your email address. Or you can fill out this email change form on their web.

Contact them directly. If he paid with his own CC, they can likely initiate an account recovery process.
