Does Proton VPN works on arch?

I am used to use protonvpn on other platforms, and when I tried using it on arch it is not available anywhere (No packages, no flatpaks, no nothing) I thought maybe it don’t work but then I saw a youtuber who uses arch has Protonvpn on the taskbar. So I just wanted to make sure weather if it works or not ?

https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/proton-vpn-gtk-app

Yes it works but i intalled it on a few divses but i never secseded to do it on the first try

its there u just need to config few things before setting up and even download some external files from their website

Is there any reason you want vpn for all your data transfer? Use Firefox and proton extension… vpn over Firefox, Rest of your data wont use vpn…

Use it as extension why worrying?

Thanks a lot this worked idk why sudo pacman -Ss wasn’t able to find this package.

wouldn’t that be -Ss? -Qs searches local packages.

Yeah actually I thought of it and I don’t use Firefox I use Brave, P.S I used the link this other guy gave of the arch repo and it works .

because it’s on the AUR. look it up on the wiki.

yes, you are correct

Brave over firefox in linux distros is crime :new_moon_face::sob:

No I love firefox desktop but the Android just sucks and I want my data synchronised over devices so the next good option I have is brave.
