What is happening to the vpn and its website today? I tried looging in, reinstalling, contacting support, but nothing works. What is going on? Any idea when this will get fixed? I really need to use my vpn.

CyberGhost not working, giving errors on start up, no reply from support, giving excess devices connected message for laptops, unable to re-register a removed device plus giving excess devices message for that blank part of the page. Android app works as usual!

It worked on my phone after couple tries, but it doesn’t work in my computer
Thank God, I thought it’s only happening to me. App can’t load and logging into my account goes way slow and checking any part of profile goes to an error page.
I was thinking it was something wrong with my system…
I have the Zenmate that was turned into cyberghost.
Both Win and android is failing to log in, same issues, The Zenmate website will work/connect if you refresh a couple times…

Looks like the problem resolved, still no idea what happened.
I used cyberghost8 on a VMware (Windows 10) , since today I get the message " connection to the Login-System failed. Contact support"
3 times de-install/install , also remove of last windows updates didn’t help.
I installed new at my “physical” Computer (also win10) it works without issue…
On my android also apple devices still works.
Ah I see I’m not the only one! Cyberghost totally messed up since the last update for me; now it’s even worse throwing error messages left and right.
The online “tech support” said well, they’ll look into it.
I did a system restore and I can at least use it for now.
My Windows 10 PC works just fine, my Win11 laptop is getting this error though, just tried it again right now and still not working

Looks like the apple server might be different to the rest.
I just installed it on my phone (android) to check and also gets an error… “Service not reachable”.
