Connection Reset Error when using VPN. How to fix?

Firefox is the only browser that refuses to load websites when connected to a VPN. How can I fix this?

I’m using newest FF and PIA on Mac Ventura.

I’m essentially stuck using Chromium and Safari, because Firefox will not load any single website, when VPN is active.

I have the same exact issue on Ubuntu. It works on Windows. I’ve tried just about everything I could find. I’ve gotten to a point where it’s really not worth investing a single minute into this issue.
