Anyway to make this work? Can I configure Win10 to connect to the VPN?
I have achieved this but using a work around using sslvpn.
Access your watchguard through a Web browser using https and the port you use for your SSL tunnel.
Login to the presented page using the vpn credentials.
Choose the third option presented. As in not Windows or mac client.
Download an openvpn client and import the xonfig to the device you want to use the vpn on.
Somewhere there is a connect automatically option in the client. You may need to have the openvpn client in the user profiles start up folder.
Hey presto, you have an automatically connecting vpn
I’m certain the NCP (WatchGuard) IPSEC VPN client (paid for) can do that.
you can get Windows 10 IKEv2 Always on VPN to work OK with Firebox v12.
First configure a normal IKEv2 VPN to the Firebox.
When the IKEv2 VPN works ok and correct in manual mode, (Connect & Disconnect), the you can start to configure the Always on mode on the Windows 10.
enabling the Always on VPN on an Windows 10 is PITA…
