Connect ZeroTier through a remote VPN?

Sorry in advance if I use some terms wrong here, I’m a highschool student and I don’t know much about networking.

I’m able to run my website while on my home wifi and connected to a network on Zero Tier One. On my iPhone, which is also connected to the same network on Zero Tier One but not connected to my home wifi, I can access it through the IP given to my computer by Zero Tier One. So I know most of this is working the way it’s supposed to.

However, when I’m at school, it appears that my computer can’t connect to the Zero Tier One network. I’m guessing this is because of the school firewall, but I have the VPN called Psiphon 3 that connects my computer to a remote IP so I can (usually) bypass the school firewall. The problem is it seems like the school firewall is still catching Zero Tier One, even when I have Psiphon 3 activated.

How do I get Zero Tier One to go through Psiphon 3? I think this would solve my issue.

By the way, this isn’t me going against the school. I’m in a class called AP Computer Science Principles and my teacher would really appreciate for us to be able to host our websites at school, but the school wifi has given us a lot of problems. We can’t even connect to each other’s websites on LAN at school, so this post is hopefully something I can share with the class.

I doubt this matters, but I’m on windows.

I’m not too sure, I am having similar issues regarding zero tier and school networks. I have tried to connect to my home computer for Remote Desktop applications, and though the network says it is not blocked, my zerotier network doesn’t even seem to recognize my device that’s on the school network. I’m sorry I can’t offer any help, especially two years later, but I hope some light can be brought to this problem.
