title says it all. what now? ive switched to usa, then belgium. it always stops working after a week or so, so i change a country, but this time it doesnt work. no matter what country i choose the playlists and songs dont appear
For me it’s happening every two weeks. This time the VPN trick wasn’t working for me, only worked on the 4th try and had to leave my account region on USA.
disclaimer: the issue was happening for me both on xkit n off xkit i.e. with the actual spotify app. i currently use xkit v8.9.74.568
this is the second time this happened to me on my android phone but not on my android tablet nor my windows pc. i didn’t do anything specific to fix it the first time just after hours of reinstall uninstall it came back. this time i played around in settings changed the spotify storage from whatever it was default to my sd card. the app said restarting and when it restarted it fixed. i know on pc changing the language also restarts the app so it probably does on mobile.
i’ve also nvr tried the vpn fix but i generally use vpn to set my country as uk for other reasons n reset it every 14 days
tl;dr - i think in general try a setting that restarts the app and that may fix it
i dont use reddit so i dont hv enough karma to make a post so if anyone wants to copy this n make it a general post so more ppl can see it n probably solve their problems tht may be beneficial or not
So we’re all facing the same problem? I’ve had it on Netherlands, japan and Poland and it also no longer works.
