CapCut not connecting to the internet even with VPN on

So my best friend and I have been trying to get CapCut to work on her phone, she has two VPNs, Psiphon and VPN Proxy Master, we’ve turned on both of them and tried to use CapCut, but to no avail, changing the location does nothing, I thought it was a problem with her VPNs at first but I tried using Psiphon on my phone to acces CapCut and I had no issues

Could it be because her phone is a really old model and mine is more recent? My phone is an iPhone 11 Pro Max and hers is a Xiaomi Redmi 9C

I also noticed that when I search CapCut on the play store on her phone it doesn’t show up, and I have to search it through Google so she can download or update it

We tried connecting her to my phones hotspot to see if something would change, but nothing happened, the next time we go to my house we’re going to try to see if connecting her phone to my houses WiFi will change something

Very important information: we live in Cuba where CapCut needs a VPN to be used

change language and try it worked for me.Changed to netherland

PC editor here but the capcut export thing is ridiculously slowing the export 3 hours 1Percent completed out of 133 MB file

no, unfortunately it didn’t work with that language… I knew that trick too, but nothing
