Can't Uninstall Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client

Hello and sorry I need your help. I don’t know how CAC got installed on our home PC but I cannot uninstall it “completely” through Control Panel or Settings. After the uninstallation process, I’ve checked the folder in x86 and it is gone. But every time I restart the PC there it is again minimized in the tray, and the folder is back in x86.

I don’t know if I need to mess with regedit just to make it completely disappear. As much as possible I’d like to get rid of software that I did not install just to be safe.

Thank you both for these guides, I appreaciate it! There were some files missing such as the “uninstaller” and the reg key value does not show up in HKLM. Ultimately, I’ve cleaned install Windows 10 just to rid myself of worries.
