Can't switch connections on WG

I have a a client that uses two different connections on WG VPN (they attend to two companies) when the client switches the IP it doesn’t log them in and it shows the following error:

And, when it tries to connect to the IP it was connected before, shows the same error listed above.

What did the client logs say? From task tray.

Is the client version correct for server version? For both fire walls?

Maybe a stupid question, but, if they change the IP of the server, they do change the user/password, right?
It would be interesting to see the messages shown on the traffic monitor, during authentication, but you maybe don’t have access to the WG’s themselves?
Another option would be to download the openvpn community client, then download the VPN profile from both VPN web portals, import them in openvpn and see how that behaves.

What happens when they click yes?

In all my years of using the SSLVPN client from watchguard I have noticed at times it has trouble switching sometimes. Now I just use the OpenVPN Connect client and import the configs for the firewalls I connect to most.

For one offs when I’m connecting to different client firewalls and I am met with this error I usually just reinstall the client and it works. But YMMV

They couldn’t pull the logs, gonna try and contact them to see if they get any logs.

And yes, the server version is the right for both firewalls.

Yea, the client showed me the steps that they do to log in the VPN (they do switch usernames and psw when they switch IP’s). I am gonna try to see if they can send me some logs on whats happening.

Note, I haven’t said this in the other comments but the client uses other VPN services ex; Forticlient VPN and other VPN clients.

About openvpn community clients, it could fall into our LGPD laws (A law that imposes security upon any kind of data transferred and recieved in Brazil), and they wouldn’t aceept using it. (Just a guess)

I have about 8 or 9 different IP addresses in my Watchguard SSL VPN. When I get that error (and it happens a lot) I just click “yes” and it usually just connects then.

Didn’t try that, gonna guide the client to click the yes button when that error pops up! Thanks for the heads-up.

That’s why I’m asking the user lol. There is nothing in the OP to suggest it’s not working.
