Can't connect to Mullvad account

Hello everyone,

As mentioned in the title, I’m having trouble connecting to my Mullvad account. I keep getting the error message “Please try again later,” and I’m not sure what’s causing it, but it’s quite frustrating. I’m trying to log in to renew my subscription, but it just won’t let me.

I’ve tried accessing my account on multiple devices (phone, Mac, and PC), but nothing seems to work. I’ve also attempted a few troubleshooting steps like disabling my DNS, using private browsing (both on phone and computer), disabling browser DNS, and even connecting via the Mullvad browser, but still no luck.

Has anyone else experienced this issue or know how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Interesting. I don’t know exactly what is happening but if you have no more time left on the account, you could simply create another one and see if that one works.

Yup, same here. Wanted to buy more credits and I’m getting the same “please try again later” message when I put in my account credentials.

Problem is solved now, got reply from Mullvad support.

I had the same issue at about the same time as you posted.

I suspect there was a server outage. I was planning on trying again later as instructed

Thanks for your answer but unfortunately, I still have credit on my current account, so creating a new one isn’t an option for me. Plus, it seems like others are experiencing the same issue, so it might be a broader problem. Hopefully, it gets resolved soon!

Thank you for your suggestion! I also tried sharing my mobile hotspot with my Mac to bypass my ISP, but the issue still persists. It seems like several other users are encountering the same problem as well. Hopefully, Mullvad will address and resolve this soon.

Sent them a few hours ago, weirdly no reply. Usually they reply quickly.
