Can't connect to ExpressVPN on my Iphone

Hello!!

I’m connected to my work wi-fi network. I can connect to my VPN services just fine on my Android and Windows devices but on my Iphone 15PM I just can’t no matter what I try.

What I’ve tried so far:

- All protocols on ExpressVPN: Lightway - UDP, Lightway - TCP and IKEv2

- Protocol on service 2: NordLynx

- All protocols on service 3: OpenVPN and IPSEC

- Reinstall VPN configuration

- Reset network settings

My work colleague has a Iphone 8+ and he’s having no issues .He’s using service 3.

Do you guys have any suggestions regarding what might be the issue?

I don’t know what else I can try besides factory reset which is something I’m avoiding because I’m onboard right now.

Do you have the most up to date version of the app? I had the issue on their last version, it started to work again when I turned off ‘ad block’ in advanced protection?

Did you have adblock enabled? We found a bug that prevented the VPN from connecting when adblock is enabled. We’ve since fixed it. You just need to update your iOS app to the latest version, 11.129.0.

Yes. It is updated. One thing - It works just fine on mobile data.
All advanced protections are off

The app is updated to 11.129.0 and all advanced protections such as adblock are off.

What I can’t really understand is why it is not connecting only on my ios device.

I was just testing on my Android and everything is perfect.

Did it start working finally?
