Can't access website

Hello,

I am trying to access the VPN website so I can download it on a friend’s computer to convince him to switch to Proton.
though the site is accessable on all other devices, on his laptop it doesn’t open (as shown in the screenshot below).

I tried to access it through, TOR and it worked.

Any idea what this means? Should we be worried? and how do I fix it?

PS: I tried to edit the DNS and it didn’t work.

I found out the hard way that my country blocks the vpn website and the laptops I was opening it on had a vpn on

What OS and browser are you using? A little system info helps. If Chrome or Edge just do a search: ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

Dont convince him it is terrible lately

if you have adguard / Pi-hole/ some custom block list it’s probably them blocking the website… I encountered the same issue today

Did you try another web browser, or another internet connection, if available? Would you mind letting us know in a DM which country you’re trying to connect from?
