I have been using NordVPN (paid) for months without any issue, however yesterday the app logged me out and I am unable to log back in (see the error message I am seeing).
This is only happening on my iPhone - the app still works just fine on my iPad…
Has anyone faced this issue before?
Things I’ve already tried:
- reboot phone
- re-install NordVPN app
- delete VPN profile
- switch to mobile data

As someone has mentioned, you could switch the default browser, as the issue could be related to the cache. Additionally, you can try switching the DNS addresses (for example to CF’s: 1.1.1.1 and 1.0.0.1), it should help if there is something on your network that’s restricting the access. Hope this helps!
I have the same issue on PC. Already tried ininstalling/reinstalling. No joy. this is logging in with the app, not on a browser, and the LOGIN AND Create an Account Button both yeild a failure. I think this is on their end.
Try log in using different browser, or turn off prevent cross site tracking in safari.
