I was running proton VPN through policy routing rules in my LAN subnet, but would like the entire firewall to use the VPN without policy based rules at all. I want to change the default gateway from WAN to VPNGateway. WAN would be used to connect the tunnel to the internet but all traffic goes through the tunnel, on all vlans.
I tried to set the VPN gateway as upstream instead of WAN but that cut off internet.
I’m clearly going about this the wrong way, so any insight is appreciated. Thanks.
