I’m a BlueStacks 4 user and i try today to migrate to BlueStack 5.
I use free VPN to play somes game (Needed only for the login, not for playing) but now when i use a VPN (Tunnel Bear or Thunder VPN) the internet crash on the instance but only on this one, my other instance working perfectly.
Somes time it’s working and somes time not… i don’t no what’s exacly the problem.
Someone have an idea ? Thank’s in advance for the help.
Hi! Could you please tell us your complete BlueStacks version number? It should be on the upper left-hand corner, or in Settings > About.
I just install turnnel bear on bluestack5 but I check over chrome browser my ip still doesn’t change that mean it don’t work. can’t any one help thank

There is obvious network speed issue for the BS5, but the devs still can not solve it, not to mention the VPN.

In order to get updates on this issue, please report a problem to BlueStacks support using the “Report a Problem” tool as mentioned in this article. Please include the following while submitting the problem report: Your user handle/user name, details of the issue. Please mention “Request from Reddit” in the description.
