BitStarz.com Stole Over $100,000 From Me (2.29 Bitcoin)

Up until yesterday I’d been a “VIP Player” for over 2 years on BitStarz.com, after having deposited well over $100,000 on their website.

Over the past 5 days I went on the heater of a lifetime, and won 2.29 Bitcoin. This all stems from me depositing bitcoin and none of it is from a bonus.

I tried to cash out, but they kept emailing me asking for all sorts of verification, which I provided. Days went by. Finally, /u/BitStarz emails me saying my account has been closed and my funds have been confiscated and they will not reverse this decision.

I was shocked.

I won the vast majority of the money from “BitStarz Blackjack” and from the slot “Beast Band.”

They stole all my money. Does anyone have any idea how I can get my money back? I will reply with screenshots.

RIP. This is why you can only trust the big boys like stake online. No idea why anyone would use anything else tbh

You can try going to askgamblers.com and submit a complaint, they have helped tons of people
Good luck my guy and fuck that casino✌️

What motivation does a sketchy, unregulated online casino have to pay you $100k? Of course they are going to not pay you. Sorry this happened though, truly sucks.

Just a few questions. Did you transfer with a card or using bitcoin? And did you have any other accounts with BitStarz or does anyone you share an IP address with use one? And did you use a VPN? These are a few issues I’ve seen when BitStarz is refusing to pay out, they’ll claim a piece of your information doesn’t match, that you used multiple accounts, or that a VPN “confused” the system.

Sorry you’re going through this. I can’t imagine how upsetting it must be.

Sorry bro, they got me for 4k. I was using a VPN and was crushing them. I still ended up about 3k up overall but once I tried to pull out the rest they asked for location verification

What country are you from? If you’re from one of their forbidden countries your money is as good as gone. The USA is one of those countries, it says it in their terms.

You have been canceled

Gamblers worst nightmare. Im sorry this is happening to you man. Hope you get your money

As others have mentioned use AskGamblers. I had to utilize their services when I won $20k off a $300 deposit on a site they heavily promote. Site was delaying it well beyond what their TOC stated. Ended up being very helpful and got about half the money. Played the rest over time. After that I closed my account at the site in question, although they were highly rated on AskGamblers, there is affiliate commission involved. So my conclusion is that the particular site I had issues with didn’t deserve that high of a rating it had gotten and was just inflated due to the juicy affiliate commission. So be careful with their ratings.

Use unregulated sketchy gambling site. Gets stollen from. Makes sense

DONT GAMBLE ONLINE

Are you from a restricted country? Im assuming you deposited by crypto?

Sorry this happened but I doubt you’ll see it back :sob::sob:.

Here is proof for the OP: https://imgur.com/gallery/j7sz8PC

Here’s rule number one of gambling online. If your casino accepts bitcoin, you’re not playing regulated which means they can take any wins they want from you. They can also do a lottttt more. There is a reason they are unregulated.

a dodgy online casino wouldnt pay you? shocking

And that’s why it’s called gambling, never heard of bitstarz.scam but I wouldn’t gamble on a site that I wasn’t 1000% sure I was getting paid. Have you ever had problems withdrawing $$ before

Try to lodge a complaint here, seems like they have had some success.

This is why I don’t play at online casinos. There is no way to guarantee a withdrawal when you win. It’s better to stick to brick and mortar casinos.

They only like losers…

Someone mentioned to go to askgamblers.com for help. I second the utilizing of one of the casino affiliates to assist. The casinos don’t want their name to be dragged through the mud, and it provides an open mediation with an intermediary. There are a few sites I’m mentioning, because I think it would be a good idea to look at the forum and see which one a rep for the casino frequents, and then post requesting help from the site. Asking several at one time is a good way to have all assistance stopped.

Honestly I would suggest one of the top 2 because they actually have visible warnings about shady casinos, where as the other 2 have continued to promote them knowing they’re trash. But that’s just my opinion.
