Bitdefender mobile security VPN is broken

The VPN cannot connect in the Mobile Security app, just times out and stops. Looks like they rolled back the September update in the app store as the latest update is from July 29th, but this broke the VPN.

Go to settings, change protocol to wireguard and check if persist. If it doest work, reach bitdefender supoort and tell them the build number of the vpn app (listed in the settings>about) and device model
