Best VPN option where you can manually choose your server from many location options in the U.S.?

I really liked Cyber Ghost in that it had about 50 servers in the U.S. to choose from but I cannot afford $70 annually. Any suggestions?

Nord has some 300+ U.S. servers last I looked. Not sure how how geographically separate they are though.
