When have they released the NordVPN tvOS app?
I have surfshark as well but a tvOS app seems nowhere in sight which is why I’m confused b/w express and nord
That statement is honestly not true anymore.
The new VPN apps are absolutely seamless on Apple TV.
Probably so they can log in from another country and watch content that’s not in their country.
The concept it that you install a vpn app/program that all your internet traffic is going through. Webbsites often check your IP address to see where you are located. When connecting to a vpn server in another country, it looks like you are located in that country.
If you haven’t seen a ”sorry this content is not available in your region” screen then you probably don’t need a vpn. Some ppl still use it to hide their activity from their ISP but that’s only for ppl who dislike the idea of anyone knowing what sites they’ve visited
