I’m trying to set up aws vpn client with self-service portal, however the self-service portal does not work: when I click on the s-s portal URL, it takes me to AWS Client VPN Self-Service Portal, then I get transferred to ACS URL but the page displays the This site can’t be reached ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED message.
If I download the client configuration manually and connect using AWS VPN Client app, the authentication works fine.
My Setup:
SAML provider: Google SAML apps
VPN:
Using user-based authentication; Federated authentication.
As I wrote above, if i download the config manually and connect using AWS VPN client, everything works fine. I click connect, i’m being redirected to ACS URL and the authentication details are successfully received.
But when i use the self-service portal URL, the authentication does not happen.
