i’m looking for a vpn app that has a built in browser. hola works great for me but the browser is rather outdated. any better apps?
The best free is VPNBOOK but me I use SMARTVPN the server is on Maroc or my first choice ExpressVPN or NorthVPN but you pay !!!
Try DOTVPN. It’s the best free you can have. I’m using it for many years.

Just use protonvpn and enable split tunneling for a specific browser if you want only certain traffic to go through the vpn
Oh and for go on DeepWeb or DarkNet I use Protonmail and ProtonVPN !!!

the problem is that i have an adblocker that’s using vpn. that’s why i’m looking for a vpn app that has built in browser so i don’t have to switch between vpns.
You can try a VPN that has ad blocking built in.
