Adult Content banned in Utah. What do I do with my AVP now?

Well, I knew Apple wouldn’t make adult content quite the immersive experience it could potentially be, but I still bought an AVP knowing I could access it at least hands-free from the browser. I also expected that devs would make it better down the road.

Unfortunately after spending $3500 and booting up, I was welcomed with a notice from my go-to site that adult content it’s banned in Utah.

I’ve spent the last two weekends driving an hour and a half to the border of Nevada to enjoy my AVP, but all that time spent on the road is starting to feel like a waste especially considering the fact that I didn’t factor in gas when I initially made my purchase.

I’m considering making the trip bi-monthly now, but want to still get use out of my headset. Has anyone found much else to do on it (that’s available in Utah) that would also keep me occupied?

Isn’t it just an age verification dispute that’s causing the hub to ban Utah users?

Fuck if porn was banned I’d basically throw my quest 3 away and not even consider getting an AVP when it’s released in Canada lmao

Does the AVP allow for VPN like WireGuard to work or do you need to get a travel router device that supports client mode VPN?

Get Opera browser. It has a built in VPN and it is free and works on AVP.

Use a VPN. Also, I think Apple’s private browsing mode has a built in VPN anyway.
