Account no longer available due to inactivity

Has anyone else had this problem? The last time i used the vpn was 3 days ago, and the account is probably not gone because it works perfectly on my phone app… Thanks!

Can you go to Settings on your mobile app and check which account username / email address is displayed there? You’re likely entering the wrong username when trying to log in.

Have you contacted support? If it works on your phone it’s some glitch but I haven’t seen it before.
